Our payroll services include full weekly or monthly payroll runs, including submissions, P45/leavers, new starts and any and all changes to the payroll as your company progresses. We handle all correspondence with HMRC, and will provide you with payslips at no extra cost, as well as P45’s for staff leaving your employment and P60’s for all staff members at year end. Our service also extends to the monitoring and calculation of holidays for all staff in your employ. We can also offer bespoke reports, with as little or as much information as you would like.
We are also pleased to offer full auto enrolment support and management for pensions. We will assist you in setting up an account for your company and going forward will handle all submissions and will make payments on your behalf as necessary.
This service comes at a cost of just £18 per Weekly/Monthly run, for up to five employees, and £25 per submission for up to 10 employees. Larger payrolls can be quoted for if required. Holiday management, P60’s, P45’s and emailed payslips are all included at no extra cost. Payslips can be posted to your office, or directly to staff for 75p per payslip.
Pension Management does incur some additional cost, £150 for setup, and from then on, £12 per submission. This includes Staff Letter creation, enrolment management, communications with the pension provider, and reports.
