IT Support and Hardware Procurement
IT Support
Our IT Support services can cover a wide array of both Software and Hardware issues, as our staff are capable of working on multiple platforms to a high level, and have a vast amount of experience working with many different software programs. We aim to offer you the highest standard of service at all times, and support requests are responded to within 48 hours by phone or e-mail.
We can also offer full telephone and remote support if you just require a minor level of assistance with your problem. Our staff are able to fix the majority of issues raised with most commonly used software, and can take over the installation of new software packages with ease.
Hardware Procurement
We can assist you in finding and acquiring new IT equipment for your workplace, varying from individual workstations to entirely new networks, or even just replacing electrical wiring. Our trained technicians are able to identify exactly what equipment will suit your organisation best, and will shop for the items on your behalf, as well as install them at your request. We aim to get you the absolute best product at as little cost as we are able
Pricing
Our pricing for securing new hardware depends largely on the cost and difficulty faced in obtaining the item(s), and, as such, pricing will be determined for this service on an ad-hoc basis. However, you will be given estimations before and during the task, and you will be notified well in advance of what you will be expected to pay for the service.
IT Support comes at a basic rate of £45 per hour, and this includes anything from reinstalling workstations to installing entirely new IT systems for your organization. For smaller issues that can be fixed either by telephone or remote, we are able to offer our services at £25 per hour.
Network Managment and Cloud Services
Network Managment
We are happy to offer network management services on a contractual basis. In practise, this provides your company with unlimited access to IT Support for a fixed monthly fee. This will allow you to budget appropriately for IT costs, as there is more security than working with us on an ad-hoc basis.
With this service, we also aim to provide you with faster reaction times and more stringent preventative measures than those clients on an ad-hoc basis. It should be noted that this service does not cover the installation of new equipment and programming, and only covers problems with existing systems.
Cloud Services
ITStorm are also able to assist you in the transition to cloud-based computing, including services like Dropbox, Office 365 and Webmail. We can handle the setup of your new systems, and are able to offer support for any problems you or your staff may encounter in using them.
This service can be available as either an on-site visit or through remote support.
Pricing
Our fees for network management are produced on a client-by-client basis, and will be determined based on the amount and complexity of equipment that needs to be covered.
