We can collate and record all of your Income and Outgoings for the year, freeing you up to concentrate on your own work. In doing so, we can offer you an insight into how well your business is currently doing, and help you prepare for quarterly/year end returns with less hassle.
We will provide you with full records for the year, containing sufficient information to make your VAT return submission to HMRC. When using this service, you can choose between call-outs to your own place of work, or we can host all of your documentation within our offices at no extra charge.
Alongside our bookkeeping services, we are also able to prepare and submit your quarterly VAT return for you. This covers the submission itself, as well as any necessary correspondence with HMRC during the procedure.

As each client has different needs and requirements, we tailor every client quote for them so please email or call for a quote.
We can also act as a registered office for your business. In providing this service we will: receive all mail and communications from HMRC and other governmental bodies, process the relevant information and inform you of any action required as a result.
Our office is located at Oak House, 5 Medlicott Close, Corby and you would be welcome to pick up mail as and when you wish, or we can forward the original copies by mail for an additional cost. This service can be useful for smaller companies, as it removes the need for mail to come straight to your home.
We are able to offer our services in the setup of your new limited company. This includes help with all initial communication with HMRC in setting up the business itself, your first set of limited company accounts, and annual PAYE submission (or Directors remuneration), your Companies House annual return, Corporation Tax Calculations and your abbreviated accounts submission. We can assist in every aspect of your new start-up, and clarify what is happening every step of the way.
Our registered office service is currently just £3.99/ month if you wish to pick your mail up, or £4.29/ month to have mail posted out to you. We can also offer Directors service address additional to this for just £1/ month extra per director.
